Caring for the growth of young staff and promoting the healthy growth of the enterprise

To further strengthen the communication and exchange with the young staff of each branch and improve the comprehensive quality of young staff, Hong Kong Yongchengli Group combined with the content of the activity of "Striving for excellence", visited each branch from November 17 to December 2, through talking with young staff, field visits, understanding the wishes of young people and other forms, guiding the majority of young staff to further based on their duties, expand their ideas, exercise their will and better serve the enterprise.

This year, Hong Kong Yongchengli Group recruited a new batch of college and university graduates. Due to the need for work, some of the college and university graduates were sent to various branches one after another just after they entered the group, and they had little understanding of the enterprise. Therefore, in each place of this activity, the Group conveyed to each young staff some production and operation status of the Group and its branches, the spirit of major meetings, and gave them a detailed introduction to the company's corporate culture construction, market development trend and the newly promulgated "Treatment Protection Measures for College and University Graduates", so that the majority of young staff deeply felt the importance of the Group for young staff and let them feel that the Group is a broad stage for them to make their mark.

Throughout the exchange of activities, everyone spoke freely and talked about their work feelings and experiences. Some of the young backbones who joined the workforce a little earlier also shared their work experiences and growth experiences in the process of personal development with everyone.

The exchange activities benefited the majority of young employees, and some new employees have said that the activities not only communicated ideas and increased knowledge, but also sharpened the will of young people, enhanced team cohesion, and relaxed their bodies and minds after the busy work, which also enabled them to put themselves into a better state of mind to work. At the same time, each branch also said that they should bring the gains of the activity to their future work, maintain the energy of unity, hard work, and innovation no matter what difficulties and challenges they encounter, keep abreast of the thought dynamics of young people and pay attention to their growth, and actively lead the young people to work together to make greater progress for the Group in the journey of becoming bigger and stronger and contribute their strength.
