The Yongchengli Group has always adhered to this aim, and has been pursuing better development opportunities for the society, customers and employees by constantly surpassing itself.

In July, the Group made a major decision to invest in the beautiful national derivative city of Tai'an, at the foot of Mount Tai, which is known as the "Supreme of the Five Mountains", in a national high-tech development zone. The Group invested in the construction of the New Century 5-star International Hotel, the Yongsheng Century Commercial Plaza and the Yongsheng Century Peace Town residential project in the national high-tech development zone. The project has taken five years to develop.

In 2013, the Group built on its success by signing a contract for the Town of Joy project in Taishan District, Tai'an City, forming a development pattern of one million square feet of twin developments in the city. This milestone step marked the success of YCG's roots in the Shandong real estate market.

In 2015, the Group once again made strategic adjustments and established the Shandong Yongchengli Group, which marked the true localisation of the Group and will make a great contribution to Shandong and Tai'an's economy.
