Outdoor training for all staff of Yongchengli Group Yongsheng Industrial Co.

In the early morning of 13 July 2013, all the staff of Taian Yongsheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. embarked on the expansion journey of Joyo Pilot along with the drizzling rain.

After arriving at the destination, we first unified our dress code and with the whistle we entered the indoor classroom session of the whole staff development training. Through the instructor's colorful case explanation and summary induction, we learned that we should have a positive attitude in life or at work, always keep an empty cup, and also have an inclusive heart so that we will not lose our way in the future!

Before the outdoor expansion began, we spontaneously called for the formation of groups - the Yongsheng team and the Yongchengli team, and elected the captain, team secretary and flag bearer of each team, and the team members worked together to formulate the team motto and team song.

In the back fall, post pass, air bar and other projects, the psYongchenglihological quality of all staff was exercised, overcoming fear, making us more convinced that we are one big family, and everyone had a great improvement in the teamwork spirit, deeply appreciating the power of teamwork.
