Leaders of the High-tech Zone inspect the Yongsheng-Century Peace Town project
On the afternoon of October 31st, Tao Changjiang, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Taian High-tech Zone accompanied by You Daosheng, President of Hong Kong Yongchengli Group, visited the project site of "Yongsheng-Century Peace Town" in the south section of Longtan Road of High-tech Zone to inspect the work. The district leaders understood the progress of the project by checking the construction progress and asking about the problems that needed to be coordinated and solved.
Located on Longtan Road, the main road of Taicheng, the Yongsheng-Century Peace Town project is the first Hong Kong-style model living city in Gaoxin District. The project covers a total area of 148 m, with 13 high-rise residential buildings, a star hotel, a fashionable flat, and a superior kindergarten, integrating a started hotel, quality residence, and theme commercial street, and will be developed and constructed into a 360,000 square meters regional large-scale urban complex.
Accompanied by Mr. You, Mr. Tao and his party watched the 3D video of the project to learn more about the advantages of the project from the location to the products and the supporting facilities.
The project is rich in products, with residential units ranging from 40-180 square meters, divided into exquisite flats, functional two-room flats, classic three-room flats, and extravagant four-room apartments, equipped with viewing balconies and full master bedroom windows, fully meeting various living needs. The project is located in the main traffic intersection of the city, with convenient living, and the central Ginza and RT-Mart create a 10-minute all-round living circle; at present, 2, 26 and 28 buses can directly reach the entrance of the community, so the traffic is smooth.
Secretary Tao pointed out that the City Maternal and Child Health Hospital lives next to Century Peace Town, providing the most important protection for the life of Century Peace Town's owners and creating a "one-stop" medical and health care system to save a life.
After visiting the marketing center, Mr. Tao and his party also inspected the construction progress of the project site. The progress of the four buildings to be opened has already reached 15 floors, while the other three buildings of Phase I have all reached about 3 floors above ground.
