Hong Kong Honest Investment Limited successfully signed a key signing of Tai'an in the 2nd Qingdao Summit

Cui Honggang, Secretary of Tai'an Municipal Committee, led a delegation to attend the 2nd Qingdao Summit of Multinational Leaders (accompanied by Hong Kong Honest Investment Limited), visited the New Dynamics - Qingdao Exhibition and held the 2021 Tai'an City (Qingdao) Investment and Cooperation Fair. During this period, a project signing ceremony was held at the 2021 Tai'an (Qingdao) Investment Cooperation Fair, during which Hong Kong Honest Investment Limited successfully signed a contract for the Wen River.

The project plans to invest 3 billion, with 150 million planned for 2021. The project is located in the north of Hanbo Park, east of the artificially enhanced submerged wetland, south of the waterfront landscape avenue and west of Provincial Road 103, about 480 acres, with a planned total construction area of about 500,000 square meters.

Feedback Wen scenic area is a new functional area established by Taian Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in accordance with the province's park reform requirements. The project is a comprehensive project integrating leisure, resort, recreation and conference, of which the super five-star high-grade and high-specification hotel (State Guesthouse) can fill the gap of high-end hotels in the scenic area, especially in the area on the west bank of the Wen River, significantly enhance the service reception level and the tourism grade of scenic spots, effectively carry the demand for medium and high-end tourism and holiday consumption, provide local residents with a place for cultural recuperation, extend the development of the tourism industry chain and drive Taian's ethnic culture industry.
