Hong Kong Yongchengli Group's Century City project successfully signed a contract to settle in Mooncake Town

On February 28, in the Hepu County Party Committee Secretary Yang Bin, the county government Li Anhong County Governor and other relevant department leaders visited and negotiated for many times, riding on the east wind of the victory of the Hepu two meetings, the Century City project invested by the Hong Kong Wing Shing Lee Group was officially signed today in Beihai City Hepu County Government. The signing ceremony was witnessed by You Dawson, Chairman of Y.C.L. Group and Tan Qizhi, Executive Vice Governor of Hepu County Government, Yang Bin, Secretary of the County Party Committee, Pang Shuqun, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC and Director of Hepu Industrial Park, Jia Ming Yang, Director of Commercial Department of Y.C.L. Group, An Lei, Director of the Group's Formation and Control Department, and relevant leaders from various departments of the county.

The project, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan, is located in the core area of the moon cake town and will be planned to build a tea bo city, a hotel decorated according to five-star standards, a large cinema, a thematic style street, a kindergarten, high-end supporting residential projects, among which the tea bo city, hotel, cinema, style street and other commercial supporting parts will be completed within three years. As an important component of the 4A tourist attraction in Moon Cake Town, the project will follow the architectural style of "Han Style + Sea Silk + Riding Tower" of Moon Cake Town and build a new leisure centre that integrates food, accommodation, entertainment and tourism.

With the completion of the project, the town will be integrated into the Hepu Historical and Cultural Tourism Zone, and together with the Hanlu Cultural Park, it will become a window for historical and cultural tourism in Hepu and an important cultural tourist attraction in Beihai and the Beibu Gulf tourism circle, becoming a new economic growth point for tourism in Beihai, and gradually realising the goal of building an industrial and trade town with "industrial production, scientific and technological research and development, creative design, product exhibition and sales, learning and experience, cultural leisure, tourism and quality living".
