Building an efficient team to create a brilliant enterprise together

On 25 October 2018, the sun was shining and the wind was beautiful at the Matsui General Hill Development Base. The staff and project management of the Group came here to start a one-day staff development training activity.

The theme of the training was "Building an Efficient Team", which aimed to refine the team, promote team communication, enhance teamwork, motivate people to take responsibility, challenge themselves and explore their potential, further enhance the team's combat power and cohesion, and build an excellent team that is united, collaborative, enterprising and passionate.

After arriving at the base, we were divided into red and green, yellow and blue teams, and each team elected its captain, named the team, designed the logo and team shape, all these procedures were completed within the stipulated time. It was a test of collective wisdom and team spirit, and despite the short time available, each team gave excellent answers.

After the preparations were made, we entered the training session, where we all participated in seven training projects, including Ice Breaker, Military Excellence, Speedy 60 Seconds, Trust Back Drop, Minefield Water Extraction, High Altitude Bridge Breaker and Tree and Squirrel.

Each well-designed development project stimulated everyone's interest and enthusiasm, and in the process of cross-expansion experience, team members worked together to find the quickest and most effective way to overcome a project that was once considered impossible to complete in the shortest possible time, and at the end of each project we shared the joy of success and the passion of the challenge, and fully experienced the management awareness and art of team trust, effective communication, transposition, rational organisation, leadership, execution and teamwork, which are closely related to work.

This outreach activity is a washing of the soul for each of us, so that we know the value of commitment, and get the experience of responsibility, which is a kind of off-base real feelings, we are touched by teammates, but also by themselves, we are proud of the team, but also proud of themselves! In our hearts, we are spurring ourselves on: when we encounter difficulties in our future life and work, as long as we are brave enough to challenge and face them, as long as we believe in the power of the collective family, then there is no gap that cannot be crossed, no difficulty that cannot be overcome, no matter what the situation is, we cannot give up our share of responsibility, and we believe that we can create miracles! I believe we will create a more glorious tomorrow! We believe that we will create a more glorious future and truly achieve the goal of "transcending ourselves and making a success of our company"!
