The 2018 Annual Meeting Ceremony and Appreciation Dinner of YXLG ended successfully

In the past 2017, we were full of pride, hardship and sweat, and in 2018, we have a heavy responsibility. 30 January, the 2018 appreciation dinner of Yongchengli Group was successfully held in Wanda Jiahua Hotel in Tai'an City. Chairman You Daosheng and President You Wangsheng attended the annual dinner with all the leaders and staff. The atmosphere was pleasant and joyful, enjoying the good time of the big family at this moment.

Speech by You Daosheng, Chairman of Yongchengli Group

You Daosheng, Chairman of Yongchengli Group, reviewed the achievements made in 2017, affirmed the results of everyone's work in the year, and placed high hopes on the work in 2018. The Group's real estate segment, Taian Company Yongchengli-Century Peace Town and Yonghong-Town of Joy, both exceeded their set targets. In accordance with the Group's overall strategic deployment, the real estate segment formally entered the Xiamen real estate market, signing the Xiamen Ma Ridge commercial complex project in March 2017 and the Fujian Longyan real estate project in October. The Group's electronics segment and printing segment continued to grow in terms of profit, with overall profit increasing by approximately 10% and the scale steadily expanding, and the construction of the second phase of the Beihai factory expansion project was basically completed. The market share of Hakka Tulou Mountain Spring Water continued to rise, and has taken a place in the mineral water market in Fujian. The Group's other related industries have all completed their annual tasks with good growth momentum. The Group will continue to uphold the corporate motto of "Always be honest, always be profitable" and continue to go beyond.

Zhang Ping, the former Secretary General of Tai'an Municipal Government, delivered a speech and congratulated the Group on its development.

Weng of Taian Yongchengli Real Estate and  Ge of Yonghong Real Estate each gave a detailed report on the performance of their projects in 2017.

At the annual meeting, Yongchengli Property Group also awarded the departments and employees who performed well in 2017, and presented the "Excellent Management" and "Excellent Staff" awards respectively, in the hope that they would continue to rise to the challenge, forge ahead and create further successes.

Before the dinner, You Wangsheng, President of the Group, expressed his New Year wishes to all the guests and made a toast, expressing his gratitude to all the guests, partners and staff who supported and cared for YXLG.

He then opened the dinner with a song called "The Earth Flies", which ignited the passion of the audience. In the stage performance that followed, the elites of YXLG presented a variety of exciting programmes, including hot dancing and singing, which dazzled everyone and fully demonstrated the positive and youthful energy of YXLG people.

At the same time, there was a lottery interspersed between the programmes, with a total amount of more than 100,000 RMB, and the grand prizes such as cash prizes, Lenovo laptops and Huawei PADs drew applause and screams from everyone.
