Congratulations to the Hong Kong Wing Shing Lee Group and Xiamen Xiang'an District Maolin Village for signing the cooperation agreement

In 2017, the Hong Kong Wing Shing Lee Group officially entered the Xiamen real estate market and, after numerous field visits, finally chose the development site next to Xiamen University in Maolin Village, Xindian Town, Xiang'an District.

After a long period of communication and negotiation between the two sides, the leaders of the village committee of Maolin Village visited the Century City and Town of Joy projects of Tai'an Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of the Hong Kong Wing Shing Lee Group, on 26 November 2017 on behalf of all villagers of Maolin Village, and after the visit, they greatly appreciated the fine quality of the Wing Shing Lee Group and expressed their confidence in the upcoming cooperation.

Finally, on 25 December 2017, You Wang-sheng, the president of Hong Kong Wing Shing Lee Group, officially signed the commercial complex project next to Xiamen University with Maolin Village, Xindian Town, Xiang'an District, Xiamen City.
