On June 14, Hong Kong Yongchengli Group Taian Yongsheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. held a press conference, the Hong Kong side invested in Yongsheng-New Century International Hotel, Yongsheng New Century Commercial Plaza, Yongsheng-Century Peace Town project settled in Taian City High-tech Zone. The Yongsheng Commercial and Cultural Plaza development project will be an important step in improving the commercial and hotel facilities in Gaoxin District, and a new urban complex will rise in Gaoxin District.

350,000 square meters of the urban complex to be built in the High-tech Zone

"At the '2013 Hong Kong Shandong Week' event in May, Hong Kong Wing Shing Lee Group signed a contract with Taian High-Tech Development Zone." At the press conference, the president of Hong Kong Yongchengli Group, You Dawson, said that with the development of landscape and entertainment projects such as Tian Yi Lake Landscape Belt, Tian Le City Water World, and Sun Tribe, and the improvement of various infrastructure facilities, the role of the new urban center in the High-tech Zone is becoming increasingly apparent. However, the commercial facilities in the high-tech zone are in urgent need of development, and the Hong Kong Wing Shing Lee Group sees a huge business opportunity in this.

The specific location of the signed project is not far north of the Olympic Garden, near the gas station at the intersection of Longtan Road South and North Tianmen Street, and south of the project is the new site of Taian Maternal and Child Health Hospital.

According to Deng Sen, Deputy General Manager of Marketing of the Group, the whole project covers an area of 148 mu, with a total construction area of 350,000 square meters, and is planned to be a city complex integrating a star hotel, a large shopping plaza, SOHO and high-rise residential buildings. The project is divided into two parts, with the commercial part along Longtan Road and the middle and high-end residential area on the inner side. It covers three major thematic parts, namely New Century International Hotel, Century Plaza, and Yongsheng-Century City.

After completion, the project will generate an annual tax of hundreds of millions of yuan and solve the employment of more than 2,000 people, which will greatly meet the needs of the citizens of Gaoxin District and even the people of Tai city for leisure, entertainment, catering, shopping, office, and residence, and will also strongly promote the development of the tertiary industry in Gaoxin District.

Its large shopping plaza has already attracted the attention of many large chain supermarkets at home and abroad even before its construction has begun, and the New Century Hotel is planned to be built as a five-star hotel and become a landmark building in the High-Tech Development Zone.
